Moving on, headed south

We left San Antonio today and headed south.  We had about five hours of actual driving and everything went well.  All in all, a very pleasant day.  Consort drove us to Kingsville, Texas, in his Ford F-350 King Ranch pickup where we visited the King Ranch Museum and The King Ranch.  Can you guess what's on the dinner menu?  What else but King Ranch Casserole.
